covid-19 update

This is a difficult time for everyone and we are working hard to efficiently adapt to this new reality. While continuing to ensure that you receive your purchase(s), we also feel dedicated to providing quality customer support, assurance, and care.

PRODUCTS 

As you may already know, all of Palette Wear's products are usually hand-sewn and made to order with an average processing time of 3-5 days. 

However, under the circumstances, along with heavy demand, we are currently experiencing delays with our supply chain and distributors, as well as in our production facilities. 

Consequently, orders are experiencing production delays up to two weeks. We are proud to say that this time is slowly reverting back to normal. Updates will be provided regularly. 

 

 

SHIPPING 

COVID-19 restrictions also entail shipping bans on countries in our Worldwide region.  

 

For countries that are still accessible, all total delivery estimates may have increased by 10-20 days.  

 

Please refer to our Shipping Policies page to find updated information on specific shipping times for each region and to view details of countries with temporary restrictions.
